Child/Family Counselling

Families are intricate and complex systems. Together we will discover the strengths and challenges of your unique family system and make adjustments to improve relations, and create a more peaceful home. Child counselling may include art and play therapeutic interventions, as well as expanding their confidence and toolbox of skills to address future challenges.

Together we will create an individualized plan to address your concerns and goals, and sessions will blend relevant elements of specific therapies.

We will explore all areas of your life that are impacting your mental health, and see if there are adjustments that could improve your overall wellness.

I will be checking in regularly to make sure the approach is working for you, and to address shifting goals and priorities.
